Dokidokon Swap-Meet
A 'garage sale' type event for convention-goers! Every year Dokidokon hosts a Swap Meet event on Sunday of the convention. This event invites attendees to bring unwanted merchandise to sell or trade with other attendees. Pretty cool, right?!

The space is limited, and it's 1st-come-1st-serve, so make sure to be in line at the designated time to secure a spot to sell/trade your goods! There are some additional rules regarding what you can and cannot bring to sell, so please check out the information below to be equipped before bringing your stuff!

Location
The Swap-Meet will be taking place in Main-Events Space- the Arcadia Ballroom on the main floor of the hotel.
Time & Date
Swap Meet takes place on Sunday July 21st at 9:30am - 12:00pm
Those with items may form a line at 8:45am.
Setup is from 9:00am-9:30am

The following is a list of approved items for the Swap Meet. If you don’t see your item listed you may reach out to inquire more.
Allowed items:

Plushies, Manga, Anime figures/figmas, Body Pillows, cosplays, crafting items (ex: thread, buttons, hot glue guns, measuring boards), extra fabric, custom made items (limited, please reach out in advance), jewelry for cosplay.

Not allowed:

(Any physical entertainment media such as: Video Games and consoles, DVD’s, BluRays, etc), Animals, Cosplayer Prints, Food or drinks of any kind, NSFW items, torn or badly damaged items. Also not allowed are any live steel items.

​Only the attendee who is setting up a section to sell/trade can be in the Swap-Meet early for setup. Any friends/family will need to wait until 9:30am to join the seller when the swap meet opens.
Notice to attendees: Be respectful of those around you and of the vendors. You may haggle, but harassment will not be tolerated. Listen to instructions from Dokidokon staff and clear the room when the event closure is announced.
